Competition rules

1.Only open to residents of United Kingdom.

2. One entry per person.

3. Entries must be received by the aforementioned closing date. All entries are by e-mail or by post to the Promoter (see 12 below for address), and must include all details required.

4. Winners will be notified within 28 days of closing date by e-mail or land mail.

5. A list of winners, including names and county/province, will be available within 6 weeks of competition closing. These can be obtained by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to the Promoter (see 12 below).

6. Eidos Ltd accept no responsibility for entries lost or distorted in transmission or which are otherwise not legible or if no e-mail or land addresses are included in the entry form. Proof of posting or transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. There is no cash alternative to the prizes.

8. Eidos Ltd reserve the right to substitute prizes with others of at least equivalent value.

9. Competition not open to employees of Eidos plc, their agents and suppliers.

10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

11. No purchase necessary.

12. The competition promoter is Eidos Ltd, Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 3RU, United Kingdom.

13. This competition is not open to residents of countries or territories other than those referred to in 1 above.

Limitation of Liability

The Whiplash website content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Whiplash, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided 'AS IS' and on an 'IS AVAILABLE' basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Eidos Ltd will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of the Whiplash website.

Eidos Ltd does not warrant that functions contained in the Whiplash website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Outside partners sites do not reflects Eidos Ltd views in any way
